01/07/08 Gary to compete in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series

Cleary Motorsports owner Rob Cleary and co owner Dave Hausbeck have
decided to advance from the ARCA Remax Series and move forward to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Gary Sherman will still remain to be the driver for the Frankenmuth Michigan based team of Cleary Motorsports.

Gary is going above his duty of driver and he is becoming a partner as well. "I have always considered myself as being a partner in Cleary Motorsports and I feel everyone involved with Cleary Motorsports feels the same. We utilize my race shop in Holt, Michigan as our primary facilities and we also use a lot of my equipment I held onto from GSR (Gary Sherman Racing). Now I am just going to have more of a financial role in Cleary Motorsports as well.

The Craftsman Truck Series is very expensive and it is going to take all we have to compete at the level we prefer". Cleary Motorsports is still seeking
financial support as they are yet to find a marketing partner.
